Meditation Classes: We offer regular meditation classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. These classes help cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and deepen spiritual practice.

Dharma Talks and Teachings: Reverend Grohman offers weekly Dharma talks on topics that range from Buddhist philosophy to practical ways of applying Buddhist principles in daily life. Your donation ensures that we can continue to provide these teachings, making the wisdom of the Buddha accessible to all.

Retreats and Workshops: Your generosity supports the organization of Dharma retreats, offering participants the opportunity to pause from their busy lives, go deeper into their Buddhist or meditation practice, and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment.

Service Items: In Buddhist practice, the altar serves as a sacred space where offerings and ritual items are placed to honor the Buddha, the Dharma (teachings), and the Sangha (community). These offerings express reverence, gratitude, and intentions for spiritual growth. During services, special items for anniversaries or holidays are added such as symbolic objects, food and flower offerings, or banners placed on the altar.

One of the most important aspects of our temple is the opportunity to share the teachings of the Buddha and offer a space for spiritual growth.
